Annually, the Habitat staff and Board of Directors have a holiday pitch-in dinner. It is a time to celebrate the build season, get to know one another socially and look forward to the next year of providing affordable housing to low income families in need.

Each year, the staff recognizes board members who have stood out with their contributions, volunteerism and special skills during the year.

This year's award recipients are:
John Randall, Wells Fargo - Servant Volunteerism Award
Tim Eckersley, Ingersoll Rand - Out-of-the-Gate Award
Tom Olvey, Attorney - Above and Beyond Award

Two of Habitat's long standing board members have retired from the board this year and received special awards recognizing their 12 years of service each:
Sue Back, R.J. Pile
Tom Olvey, Attorney

Also, Ben Houle, President Elect, recognized John Peer for his year of service as President in 2009.
