CONSTRUCTION CALENDAR
Construction Calendar
This calendar provides the names of the sponsors of each Habitat home and the dates and times of each build. Addresses of the builds are not listed as we need to account for every volunteer that signs up, so as not to have too many or too few volunteers on a build.
If you are interested in volunteering on a build, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Beth Butcher at 921-2121 ext. 101.
BUILD SPONSOR
Provide a House Leader for the duration of the build schedule. Usually over a period of 5-6 weeks for a total of 12-14 volunteer days.
SKILLED LABOR
Provide the labor from the rough-in to the completion of the home.
HOUSE/CREW LEADERS
As the House/Crew Leader, you will be setting the pace and the tone with volunteers who have varying skill levels and temperaments. To make sure everyone has a rewarding experience, along with meeting the building deadlines.
TIGER TEAM MEMBERS
Retired businessmen and women who volunteer on a weekly or monthly basis in the ReStore and on the buildsites. Sometimes, the Tigers will be the construction sponsor on a home build, leading, supervising and building a home.
LOGISTICS and INVENTORY
Organize and control material and tools that are stored at our warehouse. Orchestrate the delivery of these tools and materials to the jobsite. Keep inventory of warehouse items.
