Warranty & Service

If you are a Habitat homeowner and would like to request warranty or service work, please fill out the form below.  
All requests MUST BE submitted in writing to be processed.  No  phone calls to request service will be accepted.

Please give Habitat 3 possible dates/times to do the requested work (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm ).   Advance notice of 10 days is required please .

No-shows on agreed upon service date will result in a 30 day delay.

There must be a homeowner or homeowner representative available during the time work is being done.  Habitat will not be responsible for any personal items in home.
