My name is Dominique Crittenden. I am 24 years old and a single mother of two. My daughter’s name is Makiyah Hardin born in 2006 and a son, Michael, born in 2009. I was born 10/21/85 to a wonderful mother and father by the names of Henry Crittenden Jr. and Ladonna Freeman. I have 2 sisters and a younger brother. I graduated from Northwest High School in June of 2004. I attended Ivy Tech State College for one year. I started working at the Marion County clerk’s office right after school as a deputy clerk. I have been on my job for four years now. I plan on going back to school and better myself and show some better goals for my daughter. My mother is a Habitat owner on the Southside. She has been there for about 13 years. I would have never thought at a young age that I would be able to own a home. I believe this is a great blessing for my daughter and I and I just want to thank Habitat for this great opportunity!!!
