Hello, my name is Latausha Lewis. I am 31 years old. I am a single parent of two boys ages 3 and 10. I want to become a first time homeowner this year because I have lived in a two bedroom apartment for many years and the space is very limited. Now that my two boys are getting older, I feel it would be more convenient for us to move in a house because we would have more room and the boys wouldn’t have to share rooms anymore. Owning a home would be a blessing for me and the boys because they would have more room to play, ride their bikes, and I wouldn’t have to get off work and worry about a parking spot at the apartments! I am looking forward to having my own driveway and nice size yard for the boys to play.
