Give them a second life! Most donations are tax deductible. We also make good use of excess inventory and scratch and dent items. We can handle large donations.

Gifts of Real Estate and Property - Outright gifts of property, such as undeveloped land, or real estate, including a second home or vacation property that is not mortgaged and has appreciated in value, allows a donor to deduct the fair market value of the gift and avoid all capital gains taxes.
Cars for Homes - Donating a car, truck, boat, RV or other vehicle is quick and easy, and your car donation may be eligible for tax deduction purposes if you itemize (consult the IRS or your tax advisor for details).
